All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed before you commence your journey. Delegates must register and complete full payment for the event before lodging their visa application.

Before lodging an application, you should determine which visa you should apply for. The Australian Government Department of Home Affairs “Find a Visa” tool has the latest information on applying for a visa to visit Australia.

Should you require a visa letter to complete your application please email the SMACC SYDNEY SECRETARIAT to request this and submit a photo of your current passport. Please note that that a visa letter cannot be issued until full payment for a conference registration is completed and the Secretariat cannot complete a visa application on your behalf.
